Postage, Returns and Policies

Please note: All items are hand made from original designs. Items may vary slightly in colour as shade and light may be lost in translation. No two items will be identical, which is why they are so special and unique. We do not bulk make in a factory or cut bolts of hundreds of designs at the same time, so each bag is a few millimetres different to the next.
All payments by 'PAYPAL' or you can pay with a credit or debit card, but you must fill out the cart information fully to complete payment.
Please note buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties or extra charges that may be incurred by overseas shipping
All items are currently shipped 3-5 working days after payment has cleared, this does not include weekends and bank holidays. there is a longer lead time for wholesale orders at request.
UK deliveries are sent 1st class signed for and usually arrive the next day, we will send you your tracking info through e-mail.
International deliveries take approx 10 working days to arrive, our standard shipping does NOT include tracking, we recommend to everyone that they upgrade to tracked for an extra £5 and we can give you tracking info. A Courrier service can also be purchased for £35 with 4 days international shipping. Just message us with any requests, if the bag is in stock we usually send out next day. Please select the shipping you need for your own needs from the drop down menu, we are happy to help you though if there are any questions.
All purchases are wrapped in tissue paper. All of our packaging is recyclable and if not it is biodegradable. We can write a personal note if you would like to add one to your order just let us know what you would like to be written (I have really nice hand writing ;)
You have up to 7 days in which you can request a refund on an item. The returned Item(s) must be received within 21 days of receipt of your order with all packaging in tact, in exactly the same condition you received it, it will be exchanged or refunded. The buyer will ship the item back at there own cost and a new shipping charge will be invoiced for any exchange. Unless you find the item to be faulty then a full re-fund will be given to you on receiving the item back. If an item is lost in the post and I have proof of postage I am not able to re-fund until the item is back with me, this can take some time due to a monthly wait for missing post at the post office. Any returns made where the item is not faulty postage must be paid for by the customer, because we are such a small company we cannot absorb these charges like larger companies can.
This policy keeps us trading, thank you for understanding.
All custom orders are made personally for you, we spend a lot of time and effort making sure we make just what you want. Because of this we have a no-refund policy on custom orders as we cannot re-sell something so personal, thank you
